Semolina porridge with blueberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk, 3.5% fat
  • 20 g semolina
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Baby food after 6 months

Bring the milk and semolina to a boil while stirring. Let it cool slightly. Sort and wash the blueberries. Bring the apple juice and the dripping wet blueberries to a boil, puree, and stir into the semolina porridge. Don’t be alarmed: blueberries make stools hard and very dark.
