Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 125 g cream cheese
- 250 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 125 g sour cream
- 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture) frozen
- n. B. cucumber juice
- salt and pepper
- possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes
for potatoes, fish, salad, etc.
Mix all ingredients and season with pickle juice, salt, and pepper. If desired, add 2 cloves of garlic. The sauce tastes best after it has been left to stand for a few days. It will keep in the refrigerator for about a week. It goes well with potatoes, rice, gyros, fish, salad, for dipping, or as a barbecue sauce.
