Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp natural yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) cumin, ground
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp sesame paste (tahini)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Blend the lemon juice into the yogurt. Add the garlic. Slowly stir in the oil until well blended. Whisk in the tahini, then add ground cumin, salt, and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate.
