Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp parsley (frozen)
  • ½ tsp chili powder, Turkish chili, (Pulbiber)
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • possibly tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

The hit at every barbecue party

Combine butter, garlic, parsley, chili powder, and salt. If desired, stir in a little tomato paste. Refrigerate. This butter is a definite hit at any barbecue.
