Roasted tomatoes with grilled cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • Olive oil for frying
  • 3 shallots
  • 200 g vine tomatoes
  • 2 packs of grilled cheese, natural, 150 g each
  • 1 bunch oregano, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Peel and quarter the shallots. Wash the vine tomatoes and trim any smaller branches. Unwrap the grilled cheese, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and add it to the pan with the shallots and tomatoes. Turn the vegetables occasionally. Slowly sauté the cheese over medium heat on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and serve with a sprinkle of oregano. Serve with fresh baguette.
