Low-carb keto tarte flambée

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 spring onions, cut into rolls
  • 50 g bacon cubes

Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat). For the base, mix the quark, eggs, and 80g of the cheese in a bowl. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread evenly. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the baking sheet, spread the pie crust with crème fraîche, and sprinkle with bacon bits, spring onions, and the remaining cheese. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is a nice color. Can be eaten as a tarte flambée or in a roll. The tarte flambée has approximately 6g of carbohydrates.
