Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g whole wheat pasta
- 150 g soy strips
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 zucchini
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the soy strips according to the instructions and let them swell. Cook the noodles. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Sauté the soy strips and onions in oil and season. Add the zucchini and fry briefly. Mix the yogurt and sour cream with the crushed garlic, salt, and pepper, and serve with the strips and noodles.
