Milk (corn) soup

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g corn, ground
  • 200 g cheese, Limburger 40%
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

gluten-free + egg-free

Add the corn and sugar to the cold milk, along with the diced Limburger cheese, and bring to a boil while stirring. Heat until the cheese has dissolved. Turn off the heat just before boiling. Cover and let stand for about 10 minutes. Serve with 1 tablespoon of butter. This is enough for one big eater, or even for two, so divide the butter evenly.
