Tomato rice soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml sauce (tomato sauce)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 300 g rice, cooked
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown the flour in the oil. Then add the tomato sauce and onion. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add the rice to the pan and continue cooking until the soup is hot. Remove the onion and serve, sprinkled with chives.
