Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss them in a bowl with the Parmesan cheese and olive oil. Mix the seasonings in a separate bowl and then add them to the potatoes. Mix thoroughly again, then arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.
