Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • large potato(s)
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

baked without fat, with low-fat quark dip

Cut the potatoes into eighths and place them in the hot oven. Bake at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Let them cool briefly and season with paprika and salt, if desired. Combine the quark and a little mineral water (this makes the quark “lighter”) in a bowl and stir until smooth. Peel the spring onions, slice them into rings, and add them to the quark mixture. Press the garlic cloves (as much as you like best) through a garlic press or finely chop them and stir them into the quark. Season with salt and pepper. The potatoes taste fantastic with or without paprika, even without fat.
