Baked potatoes with cheese crust

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 m.-sized potatoes
  • Oil for the tray
  • 150 g medium-aged Gouda, grated
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and halve them lengthwise. Place them cut-side down on an oiled baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Mix the cheese with the sour cream and breadcrumbs. Turn the potatoes over and top with the cheese mixture. Bake at the same temperature for about 35 minutes.
