Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 onion(s), red, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 4 tbsp corn, cooked
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley or finely chopped coriander
- salt and pepper
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- ½ tsp chili flakes, dried or some chopped fresh chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preparation is incredibly simple. All ingredients are diced or finely chopped and carefully mixed with the other ingredients. Be careful, because otherwise the avocado will quickly become mushy. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. The salsa can be served with tortilla chips, tortillas, or baguette.
