Quick, healthy and simple breakfast for every day

An extremely simple, no-fuss breakfast that tastes fantastic and keeps you full for a long time. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork in a small bowl or deep plate. Then wash the blueberries and add them. Stir briefly with the almonds – done!
