Wild Berry – Banana – Yogurt – Drink

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup berries (wild berries, frozen), mixed
  • ½ cup quark (low-fat quark)
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • e.g. milk (depending on the desired consistency)
  • n. B. Honey
  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

low-fat, filling and an ideal breakfast

Let the frozen fruit stand at room temperature for about 3 hours so the shake or smoothie—or whatever you want to call the drink—doesn’t get too cold. Then simply combine all the ingredients in a container and blend with a hand blender. It’s a low-fat yet filling drink that I like to drink instead of breakfast.
