healthy, refreshing and delicious

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash the pear, remove the stem and blossom, and cut into pieces. Rinse the raspberries briefly. Peel the kiwi and also cut into pieces. Squeeze the lemon. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Wash the persimmon, remove the blossom, and cut into pieces. Place everything in a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high for about 1.5 minutes. This makes about 1 liter and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Tips: If you like, you can add 1 teaspoon of flaxseed, hemp, or chia seed oil. If you don’t want to use plant-based milk, you can of course use low-fat milk.
