Make your own chocolate pizza, makes 4 pieces

To make the yeast dough, dissolve the yeast and some of the sugar in some of the lukewarm water. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and the remaining sugar. This allows the cocoa powder to spread much better throughout the dough, as yeast doughs are always quite tough. Roughly knead the flour mixture with the dissolved yeast and the remaining water. When ready, add the salt and oil. Knead the dough until it looks nice and smooth and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Cover with cling film and let it rise for about 1.5 hours. After the proving time, divide the dough into four pieces without kneading and roll it out thinly. The pizzas can be baked on a baking sheet or pizza tray. To bake, pierce the base with a fork and brush with melted butter. Bake the pizza for 5-6 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until crispy. Immediately after baking, spread the hazelnut nougat spread over the hot crust and top with the remaining ingredients to taste. Return the pizza to the oven until the marshmallows are lightly browned and the chocolate is slightly melted. The pizza tastes best straight from the oven. It can be frozen and reheated without any problems. Of course, this type of pizza isn’t meant for one person. It should be served in slices. A scoop of vanilla ice cream also goes well with it. Makes four slices.
