defeats cravings for sweets
Mash the banana with a fork. Add the oats, desiccated coconut, a finely chopped prune (if desired), and the egg, and mix well. If you like it sweeter, you can add a few drops of sweetener or stevia. Spread this mixture in a circle on a greased baking sheet and dry it in the oven at about 200 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, core and finely chop the apple, pear, and the second prune (if desired). Blend them in a blender with a splash of apple juice. Peel the kiwi and cut it into thin slices (like the salami of the fruit pizza). When the crust has a browned edge and the surface is no longer moist, remove it from the oven and spread it thickly with the apple mixture. (I thin the rest of the purée a bit and serve it with a glass of smoothie.) Then top the pizza with the kiwi slices (if you like, you can sprinkle them very thinly with sugar) and sprinkle with a few chopped nuts. Return the pizza to the oven for a short time (about 3-5 minutes). To serve, loosen it from the baking sheet with a knife; it may stick slightly. The pizza tastes great hot or cold, and is best topped with a dollop of quark.
