Homemade sausages made from ground beef with cheese filling

Cut the hot dog buns in half lengthwise. Cut the cheese into 1 x 1 cm thick strips. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and minced garlic and divide into 5 equal portions. Roll out the portions flat and top each with a strip of cheese. Then shape into a roll. The cheese must be completely coated with ground beef to prevent any excess meat from escaping during frying. Brown the ground beef and cheese sausages on all sides in a non-stick pan and then cook for another 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Fill each hot dog bun with a ground beef and cheese sausage and garnish with mustard, ketchup, cherry tomatoes, and a fresh cucumber.
