- 8 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg(s) for the breading
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt
- frying fat

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
versatile eggs
Boil eggs for about 5-6 minutes (depending on size) until soft-boiled. Then rinse and peel. Coat first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in salted breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for 2 minutes until golden brown. Serves well with creamed mushrooms, arugula salad, or lamb’s lettuce, but also with mustard sauce.
