Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g meat sausage, poultry
- 1 tbsp oil (safflower oil)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 bulb(s) garlic, Chinese
- 3 large red pointed peppers
- 1 large chili pepper(s), fresh, red
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions

hearty and delicious with crunchy pointed peppers
Chop the onion and garlic – not too finely – and sauté in a wok with a tablespoon of oil. Cut the sausage and bell pepper into small cubes (2 cm x 2 cm). Add the chicken sausage cubes to the onions and brown them lightly. Then add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and fry briefly before adding the pizza tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the bell pepper and chili (finely chopped), with or without seeds (spicy) to taste, and heat briefly. Serve with rice or noodles.
