Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 ml water, lukewarm
- 350 g flour
- 100 g cream cheese, plain or with herbs etc. to taste
- ½ cube of yeast (approx. 20 g)
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped salt, heaped
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp milk

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
stays fresh for a long time
Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm water and dissolve it with a fork. Knead with the remaining ingredients until a smooth dough forms. I let the dough knead for 5 minutes using a food processor. Preheat the oven to 50°C, turn it off, and let the dough rise in a bowl covered with a kitchen towel for 25-30 minutes. Then shape it into a loaf (like a baguette). Brush the bread with the milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake on a baking sheet at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes. The bread stores well. I used herb cream cheese this time.
