stays fresh for a long time

Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm water and dissolve it with a fork. Knead with the remaining ingredients until a smooth dough forms. I let the dough knead for 5 minutes using a food processor. Preheat the oven to 50°C, turn it off, and let the dough rise in a bowl covered with a kitchen towel for 25-30 minutes. Then shape it into a loaf (like a baguette). Brush the bread with the milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake on a baking sheet at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes. The bread stores well. I used herb cream cheese this time.
