Scrambled eggs a little spicier

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili powder or less, depending on how hot you like it
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp garden herbs (parsley, etc.), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, oil, herbs, and spices. DO NOT STIR YET! Pour the clarified butter into a nonstick pan and heat. Once half melted, beat the eggs until frothy and add them to the hot lard. Fry, stirring occasionally, until firm.
