Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g kale
- 3 tbsp almonds, ground
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- n. B. garlic
- 1 tsp salad herbs, dried, e.g. dill, chives, parsley, celery, lovage
- n. B. Salt

Wash the kale, remove the stems, and roughly shred. Make the vegan cheese spread. Place all the remaining ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Mix the kale well. Place on a baking sheet and dry in the dehydrator or oven at 42°C. The chips will take between four and six hours. This will give them raw quality. If this isn’t important to you, you can increase the temperature to up to 70°C. This will shorten the drying time.
