Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g zucchini, small, firm
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 1 sprig(s) of oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Antipasti
Cut the zucchini into thick sticks. Peel and dice the onion. Fry both in hot oil over high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil and salt. Drizzle over the drained zucchini. Sprinkle with oregano.
