Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 280 g pasta
- salt water
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp chili sauce or harissa paste
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- e.g. chili powder

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Then dice the bell peppers. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Then add the diced bell peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the passata, tomato paste, and broth. Then add the chili sauce and season with salt and chili powder. Now stir in the cooked pasta and cook everything for another 5 minutes.
