Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork mince, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), diced
  • some breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 400 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sauce thickener or cornstarch
  • 500 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with noodles

Deseed and dice the peppers. Clean and finely slice the spring onions. Peel, deseed, and dice the cucumber. Mix the ground pork, onions, garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs until smooth. Form small dumplings and fry in a pan with a little oil. Remove from the pan. Sauté the peppers, cucumber, and spring onions in the pan. Deglaze with water and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Return the dumplings to the pan and let them simmer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. If the sauce is too thin, thicken it with a little sauce thickener or starch. You can also dice a small zucchini and add it to the pan.
