Tomato gnocchi casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 50 g poultry sausage
  • 1 pack of light mozzarella
  • e.g. basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 24 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes

WW suitable

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. Then fry them briefly in a pan with a little oil. Cut the tomatoes and sausage into small pieces and place them in a baking dish with the gnocchi. Season with salt, pepper, and basil and mix again. Slice the mozzarella and arrange it over the gnocchi. Bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack.
