Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 10 g potato flakes
- salt and pepper
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard

with potato flakes, low carb
Dice the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Place the minced meat in a bowl and add the egg, mustard, pepper, salt, and the toasted onions. Mix in the potato flakes and knead until the mixture thickens and becomes pliable. Season to taste. The mixture shouldn’t be overseasoned, but it should still have some flavor. Shape it into about 10 smaller patties and fry in the pan until they are nicely browned, turning them occasionally to ensure they are cooked evenly. Tip: You can also adapt the recipe and fill the patties with ham and cheese, for example, but form slightly larger patties. Note: The potato flakes are not to be confused with potato fibers.
