Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g cucumber(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 2 mint leaves
  • some lemon or lime juice
  • n. B. ice cubes or cold water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

refreshing summer drink

Peel and wash the cucumber, and cut into pieces. Organic cucumbers don’t need to be peeled. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut into pieces. First, add the cucumber pieces, then the apple pieces, mint leaves, and the citrus fruit juice to the blender. Blend everything until smooth. If it’s not quite liquid enough, add a little cold water or ice cubes.
