Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 Vienna sausages (poultry wieners)
- 3 small carrots
- 2 bell peppers, red, yellow
- 1 zucchini
- 250 ml tomatoes, pureed
- 250 ml water
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Cut the chicken sausages and fry them all together in a pan with coconut oil. Add the vegetable stock and mustard. Then add the passata and water. Simmer everything together for 15 minutes.
