Sweet potato and zucchini vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sweet potatoes
  • 300 g zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 40 g butter
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grate the sweet potato, dice the zucchini, and mince the garlic. Add the butter to a medium-hot pan, then add the vegetables and garlic and simmer with the lid on for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
