Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 180 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g quark
- 1 vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tbsp semolina
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Quark muffins
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. If the muffins get too dark during baking, cover them with aluminum foil. This batter makes 12 muffins.
