Fruity sauerkraut salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 apples
  • 150 g grapes, blue
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the sauerkraut into small pieces and fluff it up slightly with two forks. Peel the oranges and dice them. Wash the apples and dice them without peeling them. Wash the grapes, halve them, and remove the seeds. Mix the fruit with the sauerkraut. Mix the lemon juice with the oil, salt, pepper, and sugar and pour over the salad. Mix gently and let the salad sit for about half an hour.
