Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 500 g butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Herbs, fresh or frozen herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Barbecue, party etc.

Beat cream cheese with 250-500 g of good-quality butter (depending on taste) until smooth. Finely dice or press in 3-4 garlic cloves, season with salt, pepper, and plenty of paprika. Stir in the herb mixture or herbs of your choice, such as parsley and chives.
