Oriental beetroot and feta dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 beetroot tubers, pre-cooked and vacuum-packed
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp sesame paste
  • 1 half lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy, vegetarian

Roughly dice all ingredients and place them in a food processor with the spices. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth. This dip tastes great with flatbread, grilled vegetables, and even meat.
