Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 beetroot tubers, pre-cooked and vacuum-packed
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame paste
- 1 half lemon(s), the juice
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 pinch of cumin
- n. B. Salt

Roughly dice all ingredients and place them in a food processor with the spices. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth. This dip tastes great with flatbread, grilled vegetables, and even meat.
