Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp red wine, dry
- 1 lime(s), the juice
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions

perfect for marinating meat
Mix all ingredients thoroughly to make a marinade. Brush the marinade onto the meat of your choice. Let the meat marinate in the marinade for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before preparing it.
