Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 125 g leaf spinach
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simply chop all the ingredients into a blender, blend thoroughly, and chill. This will yield about 1 liter of smoothie. Drinking it with a straw will prevent you from getting spinach stuck between your teeth.
