- 4 sprigs peppermint
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp herb vinegar
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

Wash the vegetables, chop them finely, and place them in a bowl. Wash the mint and parsley, chop them finely, and place them in the bowl. Remove the feta cheese from its packaging and crumble it over the salad. Combine all the other ingredients for the salad dressing, stir to combine, season to taste, pour over the salad, and toss to coat. Let the salad stand for 5 minutes.
