Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simple, quick low-carb cake from the microwave, for those cravings in between
Put the butter and peanut butter in a large cereal bowl (approx. 800 ml) (the mixture will rise well) and melt in the microwave until liquid. Break or cut the bananas into pieces, add them to the melted butter and mash with a fork. Add the cocoa powder and stevia and mix well. Now crack the egg into the bowl and mix well into the mixture, before adding the ground and chopped nuts and stirring well. Finally, add the milk and mix until smooth. If desired, use ground nuts or milk until the consistency is right. The peanut butter can be replaced 1:1 with butter and the ground almonds 1:1 with ground hazelnuts, or vice versa. Bake in the microwave for 5-6 minutes at 600-800 watts. Very tasty hot and probably just as tasty cold. But none have lasted that long yet. The portion is easily enough for two people.
