Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg chicken liver(s)
  • 100 ml oil
  • ½ tsp, leveled pepper
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

quickly and easily from the oven

Mix the oil with pepper, salt, and paprika. Wash the liver, pat dry, and add it to the seasoned oil. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. Place the liver on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it out. Now place it in the preheated oven and cook at 200°C (convection oven) for about 25-30 minutes. The spices are to our taste; if you prefer it spicier, add more spice to your liking. We like to serve it with mashed potatoes and salad.
