Extreme Garlic Chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the chicken and wash thoroughly. Remove the skin from the garlic cloves. Using a sharp knife, pierce several holes in the chicken and insert a garlic clove into each one. If desired, stud many holes with garlic. Then oil the chicken (olive oil) and season with salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs. Bake the chicken skin-side up at 180°C for approximately 45-60 minutes, then enjoy.
