Broccoli and mustard wrap with walnuts

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ flatbread(s) (halved horizontally!)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mustard
  • some pepper
  • 1 shot of rapeseed oil
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 spring onion(s), diced
  • 100 g broccoli, chopped
  • possibly cheese, e.g. Emmental

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut a flatbread in half horizontally. You will need one half to wrap the wrap. The filling is enough for 1 wrap. In a bowl, mix together the mustard, pepper, and rapeseed oil. Chop the walnuts, dice the spring onions, and mix them in. You can, of course, replace the spring onions with garlic, leeks, or onions, if you like. Spread the mixture on the wrap. Now chop the broccoli and arrange it lengthwise in the middle of the wrap. If you don’t like firm vegetables, you can briefly sauté the broccoli beforehand. Wrap the wrap and place it in an oven preheated to 180°C. It will be ready to eat in about 15 minutes. Tip: If you like cheese, you can add some cheese to or inside the wrap before baking.
