Add the brown rice to boiling water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 35 minutes, then let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Combine the ground beef with the finely chopped onion, finely diced bell pepper, and finely chopped ginger and quark. Season well with salt, pepper, tamari, and vinegar. Mix in the cooked rice and pour into three buttered, one-liter ovenproof bowls; smooth the surface. Peel the kiwi, slice it, and spread it on the dough. Place a teaspoon of cranberry compote in the center of each dish. Sprinkle paprika granules over the casserole. Cover and bake in a cold oven at 170°C (fan/circulating air) for about 40-50 minutes.
