Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g sauerkraut, raw or lightly steamed
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 tbsp vinegar, fruit vinegar, alternatively white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- n. B. herbal salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix together a salad dressing from vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Stir in the finely chopped red onion, diced green bell pepper, and shredded sauerkraut. Season to taste if desired. Let it sit overnight.
