vegan, tastes good even warm

Boil the potatoes with their skins on, let them cool slightly, then peel and slice them. Mix the soup mix with a little hot water and add it to the potatoes. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice along with the spices and oil. Peel the onion, slice it into rings, or dice it. Add it raw or sautéed in a little oil. Grind the papaya pepper (if available) and mix it with the hemp seeds. If you like, you can also add herbs (e.g., parsley or coriander). Those who aren’t strict about GAT can also mix in fried onions or endive. Then add a little more lemon juice and oil.
