  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute), alternatively xylitol
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • herbs as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

GAT-compliant, sugar-free, sweet and sour

Roll the lemon vigorously (this breaks down the cell structure and releases more juice), squeeze the juice, and mix with the remaining ingredients. Use herbs as desired; I prefer it without. It goes especially well with leafy salads.
