Roasted Brussels sprouts with ham and onion

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • ¼ onion(s)
  • n. B. Ham cubes
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • n. B. Rapeseed oil for spraying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

from the Airfryer Ninja Dual Zone

Trim the stems and make a small cut in the bottom of the sprouts. Place the sprouts in the drawer without the crisper plate in the Dual Zone and spray with a little oil. Set the timer to 170°C (338°F) and air fry for 15 minutes. After the timer is up, add the diced onion and ham. Increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F) and air fry for another 8-10 minutes. Shake occasionally to ensure the sprouts don’t overcook.
