Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 servings of lamb’s lettuce
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 80 g goat Gouda
- 2 walnuts, pickled, black
- 2 tbsp walnut stock
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (walnut balsamic vinegar)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For the dressing, combine the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce. Trim and dice the bell peppers. Dice the cheese. Slice the walnuts. Place the lamb’s lettuce on a plate and top with the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over it.
