Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • handful of cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp low-fat curd cheese
  • Herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry in a little oil. When they are translucent, add the tomatoes and continue cooking on low heat. Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the quark in a bowl and add the herbs and spices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water. Add everything to the pan and cook on low heat with the lid on until the omelet is firm.
